We will happily provide you with a strict Mutual Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality agreement that once executed, will protect you from any risk that your confidential information might be shared by us at any point during or after our discussions. We recognize that quite often, discussions and negotiations can take place over several years.  Only you can decide when the time is right to sell or merge your business.  For this reason, we have a vested interest in keeping our talks secret until you decide the time is right. Even when conducting our review of your business and during any due diligence, we have methods for ensuring your confidentiality.
